![]() Drivers can't randomly lose interest in the team or have a fallout with an engineer for example. There are no ranfom dilemmas or events that pop up. Off the track, I havent really had any issues with designing parts, but the scouting system is extremely shallow and kinda disappointing, the cash management is also suprisingly very easy. Only front and rear wing damage is visible, no tires coming off or car deformation. The retirement system needs to he overhauled. There is no mid session save, or auto ERS for some reason, both of which are present is all Motorsport Manager titles. The ERS usage is the most accurate part, but it has to be micromamaged which is very tedious, especially for casual players. ![]() DRS trains start because a slower car cant be passed in the DRS zone, but in the game its because the front two cars are swapping places. This causes yo-yo effects with in turn leads to DRS trains. The difference between softs and hards in the game should be the difference between fresh softs and worn softs. Keep the tyres above 30% and a one stop mediums to hards is very easy. To get the obvious out of the way, the tyre management is incredibly bare-bones. Some parts of the game are just underwhelming. These are the things i overall enjoy, the game is gar from unplayable and hopefully everything else in this review will at least be tweaked come tommorow. On a major mistake or overtake the reactions seem real and emphasize the emotions you may have. The cuts to the garage on minor mistakes are hilarious to me and will never get old. The replay cameras are a fantastic ideas although they get kinda repetitve. Although ERS needs to be tediously micromanaged, overall its still very rewarding exceeding the boards expectations in a race. ![]() The broadcast and onboards are very immersive and realistic, and it's something about watching the official F1 cars go around official F1 tracks is engaging as it can be, even in the animations are scuffed. The game looks really nice and is presented very well. No matter what i have to say about this game in the rest of this review, i cant deny that it is very fun. In this review, I will compare it to All 3 Motorsport Manager Titles: MM on PC, MM2 and 3 and mobile as those games are the benchmark for a racing manager game. ![]() F1 Manager 2022 is.polarizing, this is my opinion on the game (yes im aware nobody cares) ![]()
